I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Globant (Quito) in Apr 2022
Interview
The process took 5 steps:
1.- An screening call when you talk about yourself.
2.- After that, the RH manager sends you a link where you have to record your voice and answer some technical questions and also questions about soft skills.
3.- A new HR call where they ask you for details you answer in step 2.
4.- A technical interview with an engineer from Globant when they analyze your seniority. Perhaps you'll have a little live coding.
5.- A new call with HR when they told you the job offer and Globant's benefits.
