first was a phone screening by the recruiter, checking on things stated on my resume, followed by virtual interview with hiring manager and a chemistry chat with stakeholders that i will need to work with. friendly culture.
I applied online. I interviewed at GSK (Brentford, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
Three stages of interview which I felt went well. Same format as everyone describes (1. screening HR telephone interview, 2. Hiring manager interview 3. Leadership team interview.
After the 3rd round, I was told that I would be contacted straight away to start HR processes as they are desperate to get someone in post quickly, and so felt very confident that I had the job, Unfortunately I was never contacted by the hiring manager or HR for feedback after the 3rd round and therefore can only assume I didn't get the job. The Workday portal still hasn't been updated (its approaching the 3 week mark now), I followed up with HR after 2 weeks to see if they could put me out of my misery however they never got back to me.
A real shame as the lack of follow up post-interview (particularly a 3rd stage interview) has put me off applying for this company in the future.
