HR calls you first. They don't tell you you will have no weekends. But they will tell you, you will work on shifts: from 06:00 till 22:00. They will not tell you the project, but they know it. Will ask you if you want to relocate to Lodz. If you agree you go to the next step.
Second is the so called technical interview. It's ridiculously easy. It's just a formality, because they want you for your native language and cheap labor. There were just 2 questions over the phone.
