I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Forcepoint (Austin, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
Spoke with a recruiter over the phone and then he forwarded my resume to the hiring manager and schedule me for an in-person interview. I interviewed with 2 managers and they weren't very professional or serious about the interview at all. One of them even made a sexist remark and they laughed like frat boys and made me feel uncomfortable. I wrote a quick follow-up to the recruiter to thank him for setting up my interview. I did not hear back.

First, they make you take a pre-employment assessment online and then they make you take it again in person to make sure you didn't cheat... I don't really understand why they wouldn't just make you take it once in front of them to save time. Then, if your results come out relatively the same, they will schedule an in person meeting with you. If you don't hear back from them, just assume you didn't get the job. I found their lack of communication very annoying and had to call twice to check on the status of my application.
