I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forcepoint (Austin, TX) in May 2019
Interview
Interview process was pretty standard: Initial phone call with the HR, multiple Zoom video calls with Team lead and the System Architect. Then asked for an on-site interview, later it was changed to Zoom as well as of low budget/whatever issue.
As with any Salesforce developer interview, we can expect a lot to be asked for, including previous project use cases, technical questions with some scenarios, behavioral questions and some simple definitions.
I was pretty confident after each round(overall 5 rounds) as things seemed to work well, with any given technical scenario I was able to answer confidently.
As every round went well, I have heard the offer confirmation from the HR via a phone call, discussed the salary, and even HR provided me with some website/tool that provides the living expenses comparison to negotiate well. And after all this phone calls/emails, they couldn't provide me the actual job offer. However the hiring department is pretty confused with my work authorization even though I have explained everything with providing proper documentation. I mean, if they had any issues with regards to work authorization, they should've mentioned that in the first phone call like a month ago, right? But not after all technical rounds and even salary negotiations.
This is very unprofessional way to treat candidates. They cannot have people in the HR department who doesn't even know the basic work authorization stuff. I never had/heard this kind of recruiting process in any big/startup company. If anyone is getting an interview scheduled with this firm, please make sure to discuss everything prior to the technical rounds.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Forcepoint (Bengaluru) in Dec 2018
Interview
Most of the time they are not clear about the positions they have(including the onsite and Bangalore Technical interviewers). not sure when they freeze and un freezing the hiring.
Time waste proces!
My suggestion if you are looking for immediate job or serving notice period, do not keep hope on Forcepoint.
I applied online. I interviewed at Forcepoint (Cork)
Interview
Interview process not handled in a professional manner. Phone interview took place on a Tuesday and was promised a follow up call no later than the Friday to let me know if I was successful in making it to the second round. A week later on the Wednesday, I sent an email to the lady who I had the phone interview with and asked her if there was any update. To which, I received an email stating that last week she had discussed my application with the hiring manager and that they decided not to move me to the next level as there were more suitable candidates. However, they wanted to put my application on hold until the other candidates were interviewed first before they would let me know (I assume in case these candidates did not work out). To which she explained that they got on great with the other candidates and would not be proceeding with my application. As a HR professional, I am utterly disappointed by this treatment. I have no doubt that had I not got in touch I would have not received an answer back from this company. Also, putting my application on "hold" until they interviewed more suitable candidates is not very nice to hear. It is understandable that I may not have been the right fit, but to put someone on 'hold' in case the other candidates would not work out and then to proceed with saying they worked out well and forgetting to follow up with me with is totally unacceptable.
