Fever Product Manager interview questions

Overall positive experience throughout. The HR manager was personable and seemed genuinely invested in finding the right candidate, I never felt left in the dark at any stage, which I appreciated. The process had 4 stages: HR screening, Mettl test, a 30-minute call with the hiring manager, and a final round presenting a business case to the hiring team (in my case, three people over 60 minutes). The Mettl test proved the trickiest part. I'd never encountered anything like it, so I spent a week practising with online resources, and it was quite frustrating. It has three sections; the visual reasoning component requires considerable familiarity with this puzzle format. The business case was well-structured. One unexpected piece of feedback: I was told I'd relied too heavily on the company's previous projects when developing my concept and P&L calculations. I remain somewhat confused by this, as I'd assumed referencing publicly available company data would demonstrate solid research. Otherwise the panel asked engaged constructive questions.
