BEWARE! Long process that in the end is a complete waste of time.
1. Initial screening with HR
2. Psychometric Test - Math questions were difficult and hard to do within the 1 minute timeframe per question. Testing had nothing to do with the work applied for.
3. Interview with manager
4. 30 Minute Presentation, P&L, Production Timeline - They give you an incredibly detailed project to complete in a matter of days. You would assume they are looking to understand high level planning/thought process for concept and production of the experience due to the quick turnaround but no, once you are in the interview they drill down on your P&L as if you had plenty of time to get hard costs on venues and vendors and focus on small details like whether venues have certain permitting. The questions were unrealistic for a project that is due in a matter of days, especially if you have a job. The project seems like a great way to showcase your planning abilities and talents but when it comes down to the interview itself, it was ridiculous. Felt like they had unrealistic expectations and almost as if they are fishing for ideas vs. actually interviewing you for a position at that point. Waste of time.
