The process felt very rushed in the beginning, and I passed the three stages in a matter of 2/3 weeks. I reached the final stage a few days before Christmas. On that interview, I was told I could maybe even get a final answer the next day...and then, I only had feedback in the end of January. I understand that selecting the right candidate can take time, but for someone who reaches the final stage like I did, they could at least send a message or a quick notification about the process evolution. And honestly, I felt like I only had feedback because I insisted and sent two emails in the meantime. I get the feeling that if I didn't send them, I still had no feedback. The process had 3 interviews, the platforms tests and then more written exercises, and that implies a significant amount of time on the candidates' side.
The Recruitment teams should be a bit more aware of situations like these, and understand that candidates' time should be respected; keeping them notified on the process, specially those who reach advanced stages, should not be that difficult.
