I had a first interview and than a mettl test. They didn’t provide any score just that wasn’t high enough. The communication in general was bad. I got From the first moment that something wasn’t as I expexted.

Interview
5 rounds in total in the following sequence: HR > GMAT-like quiz > GM > Peer > Case study presentation.
Discussions were positive across the board, and they provided a decent sense of culture. GMAT-like quiz would be manageable for folks who have done a GMAT/ GRE. Case study at the end was very interesting, revolving around partner identification and approach for your market.

Scenario: You are presenting to the Board of Management of a large event in your city. Your goal is to convince them to list all their events on our platform.
Requirement: Pitch: Craft and present no more than 8 slides (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Microsoft Word) on the value proposition . Why should their festivals work well with us?
Part 2: Prospecting New Leads
Prospect 5 quality leads that you think would be a good fit for the Fever platform include the name of the experience, a quick description, and any additional information that might be relevant to understand your pick. We would be grateful if you could order them, analysing their potential and strategic value. We are most interested in understanding how you think about what makes a good lead for fever, which KPIs you would use to categorize these leads; taking into account our existing plans and our current reach.
