Fever Assistant Managing Editor interview questions

I made it to a third round interview, had to take a bizarre IQ desk and put together what amounted to a full on marketing pitch deck. I got ghosted after the third interview. I always feel likea company is stealing your ideas when this much work is required only to get ghosted. The least they could do is offer some feedback.
