FedEx Team Leader interview questions

It's a a questionnaire that last up to an hour. You have to give examples of your responses. Give a brief description of what is exposed the selected job title.

Very relaxed atmosphere, but the managers interviewing were unprepared. They did not have all of the necessary paperwork to complete the interview so they had to keep leaving the room. Other than these small interruptions the process was ok.
