FedEx Fed Ex Ground Package Handler interview questions

First round is a 1 on 1 with a person from human resources. They will talk to you about the different shifts and the different pay schedules for different shifts. They'll ask if you can lift fifty pounds and move around and if you are comfortable with the duties of the job. They will also ask how you would solve a potential conflict in the workplace.
