I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (Grand Rapids, MI) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I submitted an application online through Indeed. I also knew a person who worked there so I reached out to her who told me who the Manager was for the position. I wrote a note directly to the Manager and she said that she had to follow the Recruiting Department's recommendations for hire and that her hands were tied in the preliminary process. I was asked to do a video interview the following week.
