I applied through other source. I interviewed at FedEx (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Mostly behavioral questions and answers. Typical STARS approach. Three panel usually. Everything is measured by a series of metrics, more of a behavioral how do you think and do we like the way you think atmosphere. Human equation seems to be taken out.

Question 1
What would you do if you had a problem with a customer and what is the outcome. How did you make a customer happy etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2019
Interview
We first spoke with the screening manager and that was fairly easy but the second interview we were asked about a bunch of hypothetical situations and asked how we would handle them. There was really no point in the second interview that we could ask questions about the position. Also they put the job up on indeed with a beefed up hourly wage and then told us during the screening process that it would be 5-7 dollars less than what they advertised on indeed. That to me says the company is not acting very ethical just to get bodies into a job fair.
