Fastenal Sales Support interview questions

Short interview with the General Manager followed by one with the District Manager. Both were very easygoing and were clearly passionate about the company. Knowledge of the industry and products is not expected, most of the employees had little prior experience working with the company's products.

It was a two part interview, one with the store manager and another with a regional manager. It was pretty standard in questions and a background check. I would recommend their company
