Fastenal Sales Support interview questions

To be hired at Fastenal you must first pass a skills and aptitude test. There is math, problem solving, sales scenarios, and most importantly, the aptitude similar to a Briggs,Meyer. It takes a little over an hour. For every advancement in this company a test similar to this must be passed. The interview process was like this. "Tell me about yourself." I like what I see, you're hired, I just need to check with the district manager.

Online Application with aptitude test (probably didn't matter). Online Apps are corporate policy, and are only done to be processed and kept on file. Phone interview was next with District Manager. Personal Interview was somewhat casual. Took place in one of the store offices with the same DM. Questions were simple, ranging from behavioral to things like "what do you like to do for fun?"
