Fastenal interview questions

Received e-mail invitation to call an 800 number for phone interview. Spoke with the gentleman at HR department for a total of 4 minutes, answering and asking questions swiftly. Was told I would receive a follow-up either by phone or e-mail.

I went in for one interview with the direct manager of my department. Very easy, questions on how position transitioned from previous work experience. Overall easy process. Got back to me within a day or two for immediate start. After the drug screening I was good to go.
