Received e-mail invitation to call an 800 number for phone interview. Spoke with the gentleman at HR department for a total of 4 minutes, answering and asking questions swiftly. Was told I would receive a follow-up either by phone or e-mail.

It was good, I arrived 10mins before. Questions are easy, the place was not busy. It was a lady who does the interview, she was nice and we had a bit of a chat. That's why I thought it went well but I didn't get the offer

Phone interview with recruiter then in person interview with GM and AM. First "question" was the GM pushing a copy of the job description at me and asking me to read it because he wanted to make sure I knew what job I applied to because he thought maybe it was a mistake. Humiliating experience.

Interview
Very easy process, it was very laid back and informal. It started with a phone screen interview then met with the district manager for an in person interview then with the store manager for a final interview
