very quick and efficient went through a phone screen and interview with heads of the department, asked very basic questions ie tell me about yourself, why this company, leadership experience
They dragged on the interview process for three months and didn’t even give good feedback as to why I was not the right candidate. I also noticed they never filled the role.
Straightforward. The recruiter communicated well and did their best to coordinate scheduling with team members. The interview questions were a mix of technical and behavioral questions. This was consistent throughout all interviews.
