I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fabletics (Berlín) in Aug 2025
Interview
I was requested to do a case study which is basically free work because it is directly based on their subscription model. Then, I was invited down to the office for a final round interview where the hiring manager did not show up because she was sick. No one bothered to inform or reschedule my interview. I was disappointed that the hiring manager went radio silent after and just seemed like she didn't value my time for going down to the office. During the interview, someone was even staring at her fingernails. It was unprofessional. I was rejected in the end because they went with a different candidate that had more 'direct experience in their sector'. It was a hurtful reason to reject me as I showed potential through their case study despite having no direct experience. I even had to follow up days after to get a response. Given the time I've invested throughout this 1 month process, they didn't value my time by sending a generic rejection email and did not include any concrete feedback regarding my performance or application. It was a disappointing experience overall and have left me a sour feeling with this company.

First round interview discusses motivation and background-related questions, Second round interview discusses about my working values more than technical questions, Final round interview includes discussing about my case study and challenging me to think of new ideas for their business model on the spot.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fabletics
Interview
After a positive initial conversation with the recruiter, I had a follow-up interview with the Senior Chief of Staff. Based on our conversation and her communication style(condescending), I determined that her leadership approach was not a good fit for my professional growth. As a result, I withdrew my candidacy shortly after the interview concluded.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Fabletics (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2025
Interview
I usually avoid "fashion companies" like this one as I have found "fashion companies" have a tendency to be run by very flaky capricious people. In any case, I was contacted by the company's HR Department 60 days after I applied for the role. We had a 20 minute phone interview. A video interview was set up with the hiring manager. I checked everything on my end as far as the video interview software (the company's choice) was concerned. This video software has a long reputation of being bug-ridden and problematic. The video software did not disappoint. When the interview started, I could not hear the hiring manager. We agreed to reschedule. I sent in 2 emails to the company's HR department to reschedule and NEVER heard back. In the future, I will stick to my rules regarding "fashion companies"!!!
