Question 1
Tell me a time you successfully overcame a challenge?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was remote and via recorded video using a third party phone app. It was quite fun to do actually. The process was quick and the questions were not that difficult to answer. You just had to sell yourself well.

Question 1
Why I wanted the job and how I could help them given certain situation
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group in Nov 2018
Interview
Application up to video interview is almost impossible to fail, video interview is a few simple questions, they are strength based so even if you don’t have an example to hand you can still answer with how you would respond to a situation only 2 mins to speak so keep your answers concise.
The next day I was invited to assessment centre for two weeks time.
The day starts with an introduction from FDM, they do not elude to the bad reviews here and are comfortable talking about their expectations of you and fines imposed if you leave. We then had three 15 minute back to back interviews, about 50% competency and then 30% situational and 20% asking opinions on various statements like “do you agree that people cannot work well under pressure”
None of the questions were too challenging.
After lunch we took a series of tests: verbal reasoning which was standard, aptitude which was a multiple choice mixed business and tech awareness with logic and pattern spotting, and finally numerical test which was actually just a sequences test (fill in the blank in a sequence eg 2, 4, 8, ?, 32)
Got a call the next morning to offer a position starting the following week.
