FDM Group interview questions

Number of steps including initial conversation, numerical and verbal reasoning, an interview process whereby I had to discuss times that I have faced certain situations. E.g. name us a time you've dealt with a difficult team member

Interviewer was late. Then told me she had to call me back in 30 minutes as she was unavailable at the moment. During the call I spoke about my previous experiences for 20 minutes, she didn't ask any question. I felt like she didn't even listen to me. And then asked me 3 prepared questions such as "what do you do if someone in the team miss a deadline?". And that's it. Then I had to send 2 emails to get an answer about my application. Negative of course
