send a cv and get the telephone interview for about 15-20 mins long. I applied for the position of software developer, apac program. telephone interview is really straightforward if you prepared well. then invited to assessment day. very friendly and relax. I applied to apac program so i did not know situations about uk program. only four candidates in apac. two-round short telephone/skype interview, and three tests about 1.5hrs. Then finished!!! have a great lunch with other three candidates!!! :)

interview: similar to telephone interview, and hobbies, ask about my dissertation and my degree, what's you skills fit to you role? do you know about it industry?...

Interview
The first stage was a Phone interview that was very easy and simple; mainly questions about why do you want to work for the company and if you're geographically mobile.
The next stage was an Assessment day which consisted of a presentation by one of the senior employee's at FDM and then a series of tests which are incredibly easy, nothing passed GCSE level.

Interview
Telephone interview followed by assessment centre. Telephone interview lasted not more than 15mins and the assessment centre lasted for about 5 - 6hours. Firstly, there were 3 individuals one-to-one interviews followed by IT Aptitude and Venn Diagram tests.
