Interview
Phone interview during which they just make sure you understand that it's a 2 year contract with minimal pay. Then on site interview. Test was average (I don't have a tech background), but face to face interviews.. I don't know. One of the guys was british, and such a soft talker.. that I felt retarded asking questions about what he just asked. Consider that I wasn't sure if I want to sacrifice so much (moving out of the city so my spouse has to look for a new job, pay is ridiculous), I really didn't put maximum effort there. When you are interviewed by a account manager, he/she just looks how easy you'll be sold on the market and how much money they can make on you. When I say "easy", I mean they highly prefer you to agree to relocation throughout all states. So it's less headache for them. So, I think it only should be considered if you are desperate to find a job. But honestly... for that money there are plenty of jobs.. yes, maybe not in these famous companies, but! in your city, with no commitment . Gain some experience and get the job directly with blue chip companies after a year or so. Good luck anyways!

Interview
Starts with an aptitude test with logical questions, then a silly math test for a calculator but you don't have one, a set theory test with venn diagrams, and then a set of puzzles for all candidates to solve where your teamwork is being examined. And also a personal interview, and a technical interview.
