FDM Group interview questions

I just grabbed a call from a HR and answered a few simple questions which I saw from glassdoor, and received an Email the other day that I was invited to the assessment centre. They cannot cover the cost and I said it would be better to delay the AC cause I need prepare for exams. They agreed and said would contact me later. Then they never talked me any more.

First step - submit cv. cv submitting is easy, you don't need to answer application question. Second step - telephone interview. They like entrepreneur spirit, commercial driven candidate. Third step - interview with department manager - make sure you understand the role, what you are going to do. Perhaps read some career guidance book about that role would be helpful. I was not successful in the last stage, but I got feedbacks. If you demostrate you understand the role in business analyst, what you going to do on a daily basis, passion for IT. You will success.
