FDM Group interview questions

There are 3 processes. The first process was the phone interview. If you sucessful, they were invite you to the office to do test and face to face interview. The second process was the tests. There were 3 papers which test your math, logic and grammar. The whole duration took about 2 1/2 hrs. After the test, which if you pass the test, there is a face-to-face interview which took about 15 minutes. The result of recuitment will be known within 48 hours.

In summary it was pretty easy. The day was split-up into different parts. There was the initial session where we all had to watch a video about FDM and learn more about the company. Then there was the IQ test, and the three interviews. Pre-set questions about the company, why IT, where you think it's going etc. Really warm interviewers throughout the day. You have three separate interviews, all of them were really kind, encouraging and didn't throw any curve ball questions.
