Interview

It was much quicker than most companies. I first applied online and then I got a call the next few days after for a screening. They wanted to ask whether I was geographically flexible. After i passed the telephone screening, I had a video interview. When they like your answers for that one, they will invite you to go to their assessment centre in wherever you prefer.

1. Applied online on their website 2. Phone Interview Screening - 30 minute interview, asking what you know about FDM and IT 3. Assessment Day onsite in Toronto (Full day) - provided food as it was an all day event. Socialized and networked with other consultants onsite and potential candidates

One phone interview and then they bring you in for an assessment day. During the assessment day they give you three exams on basic math, programming, and IT skills. Not too difficult, you will find out a couple days after if you got the job.
