FDM Group interview questions

Interviewed by four female hiring managers as they have a sexist hiring policy. One was a racist who grimaced at the sight of my brown face and facial hair. Although I answered technical questions well was not offered a position as I did not fit the criteria as I was male and non-white.

Prior to the interviews, the staff put you through a series of tests assessing your abilities in mathematics, among others. There are three back to back interviews (which is quite daunting at first) which were broken down into assessing your experience, competencies and miscellaneous aspects about yourself. Much of what they want to hear revolves around their company culture and how you identify with it. Once they're over, you can leave. If they like you, they contact you before the weekend starts (haven't experienced being rejected by them).
