FDM Group interview questions

A fairly straightforward hiring process. Online application, brief phone-screening interview, video interview and then the assessment centre which consisted of three tests (numerical, verbal, and a slightly more technical IT-related) and a round of mostly competency-based interviews with different members at the office.

Had to upload my CV to website, a week later had a call from FDM recruiter to discuss application and my suitability for each role. Then had to complete a video interview. Must make sure you have examples ready for "explain a time when ....." and for your interest in Technology. On to the Assessment day now.
