FDM Group interview questions

One HR phone interview - going over resume and talking about the company, one video interview - 6 behavioral questions (nothing technical), assessment day: 3 in-person interviews - sales/customer relation, technical and HR, and 3 tests - venn diagrams, coding, math (all very easy). Suggestion - do not take it if you do not absolutely need a job because the pay is substantially lower than the rest of the companies - $12/hr for the first 4 months, 40k and 45k for the next two years. You have to sign a contract for the 28 months and there's a 30k penalty for breaking the contract - pretty ridiculous.

3 test and 2 interview sessions in a span off 4 hours IT aptitude test with 50 questions, really hard but you don't have to score very well to pass it. Math test - just make sure you can do multiplication and division on large numbers Venn Diagram - really simple if you understand the concept. a help book is provided
