I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group (Singapur) in Dec 2025
Interview
It starts with a phone interview and screening. General questions like how you heard about the company and why you are interested.
Moves on to a video interview which preempts you for the assessment center. Hints at the kind of questions they might ask there as part of the technical and strength interview.
Technical asks one coding related question and assess how you would tackle it.
Strength based interview is not so good. They ask super broad questions about colleagues needs, what it takes to be a leader, when you've shown proactiveness. So I give answers based on past job experiences. If you want answers related to IT and uni, prompt me please. Like I'm answering what they have asked based on my experiences. Then you expect me to relate the questions to the job I am applying for? Like isn't it meant to be a judge of personality and dedication to life and then the skills we bring? It's all transferrable skills I'm giving points for, I'm telling you who I'd be as an employee at the company. That is the point. If you want me to give answers that relate to the job, ask me that then...

Interview
Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
Thier margins are thin
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FDM Group (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2025
Interview
You have the floor the first 10 mins with questions like share a little about your background in tech.
Then a question about your resume and about a project you made. For example, the tech you used etc...
the last 15 mins of the interview is the interviewer telling you about how they work and what to expect for example the training you will take on and how much to expect for pay.
Finally, they let you ask your question followed by potential feedback on what you did well, and you didn't in that interview.
