FDM Group interview questions

first stage is a phone call, asking about the specific time frame that is approach for employment, and enquiry on general information. at this point ask questions second stage is recruitment process, begins with online or face to face interview (most likely online) Third stage is exam (analytical questions etc.) Final stage is meeting with management 2 months of training and 2 year fixed employment

Applied online, a recruiter tried to call me a few days after. Missed the call, got an email from him saying he wasn't able to contact and asking for availability. Replied immediately, didn't respond after two weeks. Met with another HR during career fair, dude said he will contact the recruiter for me. I emailed him right after the event, never responded. Then tried to send a followup email to the first recruiter, never responded either. Extremely unprofessional HR team, maybe consider just spending 30 seconds to reply an email? Avoid this company.
