FDM Group interview questions

There were three rounds of interviews and one online test. phone interview(simple and short, ask whether you are interested in the program), followed by an online interview with HR(like why you are interested in the job etc). Third one was assessment center(AC), two rounds of interviews (technical and non-technical).

The interview process lasted about 3 weeks. First, you get a call from a recruiter asking about your previous experiences and why you want to join this program and company. Next, you sit down for an interview with your recruiter again so that they can find out more information about you. The third stage is completing online tests and the fourth stage is the assessment day. The assessment day will comprise of a sharing session by a HR and is followed by 2 interviews, one with the account manager and one with an instructor.
