FDM Group interview questions

Initial assessment followed by mock interview call. Final interview placed in Zoom chat room with over 30 people with few interviewers in charge, 1 a strength based interview using STAR method; 1 technical interview

1) warm-up phone call from recruiter, check background, willingness to relate, schedule another phone call and told scope he'd like to ask 2) phone interview: behavioural questions and OOP, SQL questions 3) online assessment including pre-recording video interview and IT aptitude test, I got 3 code tracing and 9 behavioural questions 4) assessment day with one account manager for behavioural interview and one academy trainer for technical interview over zoom
