A relatively straightforward interview process, typical interview questions were asked such as your history, knowledge of the company, why you want to work for FDM and in your chosen sector.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group in Feb 2023
Interview
I applied for the Technical Analyst Graduate Programme online and was contacted about 2 weeks after submitting an application. The interview process is very comprehensive - phone call with the recruiter, followed by video interview with the recruiter, then an online aptitude test and lastly, final rounds of interviews during assessment day. The recruiters are wonderful and do their best to ensure the process is seamless and give ample support throughout. The last round of assessment is done in person where they talk a little bit about the work FDM has done before I had two rounds of interviews - one with a project manager for a strength based interview, and another with one of their instructors for a technical interview. I liked that both interviewers did not get to see our resumes as this ensured that they are not clouded by their perception of the type of education we received and/or career experience before meeting the candidates.

Question 1
Is compromising quality more important when faced with a tight deadline?
I applied online. I interviewed at FDM Group (Leeds, England)
Interview
Initial call going over basic information that I filled out on the application, then phone call interview which asked the same questions again weirdly + other generic questions. Real emphasis on the fact that they cannot guarantee a job in your desired area of the UK. Interview staff are happy to answer questions. After this step there is a video interview. Questions are pretty nice, related to your motivation but you don't have much time to think to answer as it is an automated process.
