FDM Group interview questions

competency and interview. it was a polite formal conversation going over basics like who you are etc. If youve done many interviews, you'll be fine just prep culture, job description and the regular things you would expect to do.

Phone call interview was 3 lines long, no introduction to the company, followed up with video interview. Apparently was underprepared as I couldn't be bothered to research about the interviewer and focused solely on the company and the services provided instead. Was informed that I was dressed "unprofessionally" even though interviewer realized that they were being a hypocrite, but hey, its fine because they're the interviewer. Given advice from interviewer on how to do a better introduction that included why I wanted the job so that future employers do not need to feed me the questions. Great.
