Many rounds of interviews, split to technical based and strength based. Both were relatively easy with clear instructions and practice problems provided. One complaint is that it takes so many months for it to go through

Why is resilience important in being a consultant?
It was a standard HR screening call. They asked about my projects and personal background, gave an overview of the company culture, and covered salary expectations at the end. The call lasted under 30 minutes.
Simple online interview, quick chat about the role and locations, couple basic questions about motivation/experience and moving forward, plans and explanation of the rest of the application process. Not too technical, most just sensing suitability with the company
