FDM Group Graduate Technical Consultant interview questions

Had a phone call with them, asked basic questions about why I wanted the job, but seemed more interested in selling me on their business than grilling me on my abilities. Confirmed what I'd read online that there was a 12 week unpaid training course, after which it could take up to 90 days to find me a paid placement. No guarantee that the placement would be located anywhere near the training centre and would be expected to relocate for at least 2 years, with no additional pay. Told them I wasn't willing to do that and so the interview ended.
