FDM Group Business Analyst interview questions

Video Interview which comprised of a few standard questions e.g. Why work for FDM, Why work in IT, How do you build rapport, etc. Assessment Centre followed after passing video interview which was also the final stage of the selection process. Took a whole day to complete and comprised of a numerical, logical and aptitude test. The first 2 tests were simple however the final test was more difficult. They contacted me within 2 days after assessment centre.

Starts off with applying online. After that there is a relatively easy phone interview. Nothing to serious, they just ask you about your studies, why you want to work for FDM and just general questions about yourself. After this there is an online video interview which is pretty simple. Be yourself and answer confidently. If successful, they invite you for an assessment day. Here you will sit 3 exams and sit 3 short 1 to 1 interviews with different employees of FDM. There are 12 questions in total and again its pretty easy. Just be yourself, open and reply confidently.
