FDM Group Business Analyst interview questions

The process consists of an initial phone screen where you talk about your background, experiences and why you want to work for FDM Then there is an online assessment of numerical problems and determining the output of a code block Last thing is an interview day where multiple interviewers ask you questions off of a list. I am writing this because it has been 4 months since I was told I had been accepted and I have not heard a word from FDM. FDM treats its candidates as disposable and just interviews enough people so it has a long list of people waiting on nothing. Only apply here if you have an infinite amount of time and resources to waste.

Pre-screen call:An email will sent to u, ask what is your avaliable date to do a pre-screen call and its take around 5-10 mins. Phone-in: it will conduct after the pre-screen call in the next week. During the phone-in, it ask about your career plan and why you choose IT as your career. After that, you will receive a invitation to assessment center.
