Application
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at FDM Group.
Interview
The interview was nice and smooth, the interviewer is patience and will explain the company structure before asking you questions. The interview took about 20 min, and the interview result came out on the same day as the interview. It was a pleasant phone call interview overall.

Question 1
Would you sacrifice quality in order to meet a deadline
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Hong Kong)
Interview
First, there will be a phone screening which was quite easy, just conforming your information in your CV and that's it.
Second, there will be a phone interview for about 20 mins. It is not very difficult and prepare some information about the role and some news about IT industry.
Third, you will be invited to an assessment day. There were only 4 candidates at that day and the first interview from an account manager gave me a really bad experience and impression about this company. The account manager was very rude in the whole interview and looked like not interested at me when I was talking. He seems did not clearly express his question and he also interrupted me when I was talking.
After that, you will take 2 tests and have 2 interviews with academy trainers which were very kind. Overall I just feel that this company is wasting my time because they seems not interested on me but still invite me for an assessment. The feedback I finally get is only based on the account manager, who is very rude, and the feedback said I was nervous in the interview and lack of commercial awareness which doesn't seem quite true.
Also, there is a long waiting time during the assessment day.
