Interview
Was contacted by recruiter and setup for 1 hour technical phone screen . The session was on Google hangout i think. The interviewer was very cool , and tried to help when blocked .
He mentioned its okay to not get the solution to coding question completed as only 2 or 3 so far has cracked it in 40 minutes .
But the fact is it is important to complete it, as I think only those 2 or 3 must have got to the next round.

Question 1
15 -20 minutes of technical questions based on skill sets. Spring DI, IOC, ( not remembering a couple of other spring /java questions)
Then 40 minutes coding question , Leetcode like.
Question: Print a 2D array matrix in spiral form

Interview
Got referred by a friend already working there. Got a call to attend the interview in their Gurgaon office. So, 3 rounds of which 2 were technical and 1 managerial. After that HR told that they will inform next about the status, which i never got. Contacted after a week, HR informed will let me know status by end of the week. I waited yet another week for status, but no response. Now, HR has stopped picking my phone and do not reply on email. Such an unprofessional behavior towards a prospective employee. I am assuming it is a no from their side, but they should atleast have some curtsy to inform me that.

Interview
I was contacted by an in house recruiter in November 2017, she asked me about my current role, and if I'd be interested in relocating back home (Amman/Jordan), then she told me that I passed the screening process and that the next step will start in beginning of December.
Nobody contacted me until I sent a follow up email, then she apologized and told me that the next step of the screening will start in the beginning of January 2018, at that point they sent me a technical assignment that I solved and got feedback for right away (second week of January 2018) then I was told that I passed to the next step which will start in the second week of February.
I was contacted again to schedule 4 online interviews, 2 with Amman office and two more with London office, the interviews were easy, we talked about technology, culture and motivation to join the company. after that, I was never contacted again.
This was the most verbose and lengthy interview processes I have ever been through and ending it without any kind of feedback is so disrespectful and unprofessional, they just wasted my time without for nothing.
