I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Feb 2011
Interview
Very easy going and causal interview. They talk about learning each step of their company from the ground up. "Working 80 hours a week is the new 40." I think they are a pyramid company where few people can scratch their way past washing cars... and working 80 hour weeks... Nice people in the interview though.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Stirling, Escocia) in Jul 2010
Interview
After doing an online application I recieved an e mail saying that there was no current vacancies available in Scotland at the current time. A month later I recieved an e mail asking if i was still interested in the position and when i showed interest they gave me the option of a telephone or a face to face interview. I chose the face to face interview as I feel more comfortable in this situation than on the phone. The questions at this stage were mainly about points on my CV and my work experience, with the concentration being largely on customer service and sales experience. The interview went well as I had a experience in both these areas and the person doing the interview was friendly and of a similair age to me which made the experience a lot more relaxing.
