Pretty sure this company creates job postings for jobs that they don't intend to fill. Phone screen went great and a behavioral interview was scheduled just a couple days later. First red flag was that one of the interviewers just didn't show up and the one who did wasn't prepared. Very softball questions, which maybe should have been the second red flag. I received an auto rejection in less than 24 hours which tells me that they didn't even bother to discuss my candidacy and interview with the team before rejecting me. The rejection email was short and contained a lot of grammatical errors, which again reaffirms that this wasn't something they took seriously. Recruiter did not respond to my request for feedback, which I anticipated based on everything else.

Question 1
Walk Me Through a Project (Worded vaguely, I had to clarify) What Role Do You Take On a Team (Worded vaguely, I had to clarify)
I applied online. I interviewed at Elsevier (Ámsterdam) in Feb 2023
Interview
Terrible interviewing experience. They were scheduling an interview at the end of the day for the following morning (both technical interviews). After all the interviews they did not bother to provide any type of feedback. Ghosted

Question 1
The first interview was a technical React challenge (recursive components, useMemo ...) Second technical back to back interview included html parsing, and filtering function with time and space complexity
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Elsevier (Chennai) in Feb 2023
Interview
Slow process took more than a month. Let go of other opportunities to pursue this only to be rejected in the final technical round for no clear reason. There is lack of feedback as well clarity regarding expectations.
