I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Elsevier (Washington, DC) in Mar 2023
Interview
The process was civil and thorough. 5 rounds of interviews with fairly detectable gaps in between did have some off-putting effects. But still - I thoroughly enjoyed the conversations I had.

"Between UI and UX, where might you place yourself?"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Elsevier (Ámsterdam)
Interview
two rounds of interviews, one with HR, one with hiring manager. first interview was a bit frustrating with a lot of background noise, and felt like more like answering a questionair rather than an interview. second interview was pleasant and inferesting with questions mostly focused on experience and practices.

Question 1
provide examples of analysis performed in previous roles
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Elsevier (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2023
Interview
Generally 4 rounds 1. Hiring Manger 2. Coding Exercise 3. Live coding 4. Cultural Fit Looks I had a tie with other candidates, Had 5th round again cultural fit and leading a team. After a week was told that Interview feedback was positive and been asked to fill few questionnaire and passport details. Also HR informed that waiting for VISA cost approval, post which Offer letter can be sent. Again after a week, HR informed me that Hiring freeze and the position went on hold. Then, I checked internally with my friends in Elsevier, they actually hired someone else. This is really a bad and worst experience ever. Before one week confirmed that interview is positive and the later week hiring someone else and saying that hiring freeze. This is an unprofessional behaviour.
