Easily the most thorough interview ever. It is an all day process once you get to the on site Interview. you interview with multiple teams all day long. They all ask the same style of canned questions that are designed to help them determine candidates thought process and their ability to follow through.

Aptitude test including Mental aptitude test and technical aptitude test. After applying lower cutoff candidates were called for one on one technical interview. After passing the technical interview there was HR interview.

The process took about 8 weeks, I had several phone interviews followed by three in person panel interviews with a total of seven people. It was obvious that some of the interviewers were not interested in doing interviews and strongly didn't want to be there. I never received any acceptance or rejection notice, very unprofessional especially considering how much of my time this took compared to other companies.
