The interview was strict and behavioral based. The panel was thorough and the interviewers were prepared with packets in hand. The questions asked for specific scenarios from your past and how you it pertained to the question asked and what the outcome was. We were first given a written test, clearing that, we were called for a technical interview, which was taken by 2 people. then were called for an HR round, and then were told if we were selected.
