Interview
A few different individuals interviewed me over the course of a couple hours, and then we went on a tour of the plant. It was fairly informal, and very comfortable. Mostly behavioral type questions.
Submitted application online and was contacted by HR who did a prescreen over phone. Was later contacted by the hiring manager and setup an interview which included IT director. The position was located in Houston so correspondence was a combination of phone calls and emails. Initial research on the company included GlassDoor reviews helped to set the stage.

got a phone call to set interview in after one week then first interview was simple questions as introduction about company and operations then got interviewed with sales manager after two weeks for 1 hour .Did screening test and got phone call to discuss offer then got the offer. was helpful experience to gain confidence for future interviews
