easy straight forward wanted to know experience pay was not great understanding the process was important. Hiring manager was polite and listened and explained job in great detail. Knowing what was expected was placed out in the open from the start
The interview was fully behavioral, consisting of a virtual video call. The interviewer asked situational questions about teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership experiences. It was a relaxed conversation-style interview, and no technical questions were asked.

First interview was with recruiter, second with HR Manager and Engineer Manager and final interview lerson interview with both managers and a COE employee.
This was an entry position, it was an easy but long process. Started interviews in May and did not start until July.
