1st: Phone call with HR (ordinary questions nothing crazy)
2nd: 2 managers (STAR method questions)
3rd: 2 hr directors (Situational/behavioural)
4th: VP's (You prepare a presentation based on a given topic)
Fascinating work, and very cordial. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and the job scope. I think Eaton definitely is a cut above to maintain their competitive edge. Other than that, I did not have all the skillsets required for the position.
